Why the hate for Halo 2's Energy Sword?
Everyone praised the M6D Pistol for handling like a rifle yet so many hate on the Halo 2 Energy Sword for being overpowered? that's exactly how it was suppose to be, a weapon to rival the shotgun.

Couldn't stand it's incompetence in Halo Reach, I can't wait for Halo 2 Anniversary, see y'all on the battlefield!

Man. I loved it. Two people who were good with it could easily have a prolonged sword battle. I never really though it was overpowered.

Since when? This is the first time I see someone talking about the sword in H2. I loved it, it was fast and everything, unlike in Halo 3, Reach and H4.. They are super slow.

Probably because you could whip it out and insta kill people before the sword even materialized.
