This is an unsolicited "hey, look how awesome I am" thread. Nobody likes that guy. Don't be that guy.
It's great that you put so much time and effort into your fitness and you've gotten the results you desire. But there's a right and wrong way to go about talking about it. This was the wrong way.

I see nothing wrong with it. He's sharing his success which he has every right to be proud of.

You can be proud of your accomplishments without putting down others and being arrogant about what you've done. If he made this thread without conveying a sense of, "Hey, i'm better than all of you and you guys are a joke", then it would've been fine, but he was doing that right from the get-go. He kept that attitude going as well. You can take pride in your work without losing your modesty or getting a swelled head, evidently he forgot how to do that.
