"Where have I heard them before?"- The voices of Destiny.
During the Alpha, I recognized multiple actors and actresses doing voice-over work. I’ve compiled the ones that I recognized (or am at least pretty sure about) so you can see where you might have heard these voices before.

Who are some other actors or actresses you would be interested in hearing in Destiny? Personally, I'm hoping for Adam Baldwin and Alan Tudyk just so we can subtitle Destiny "The Firefly Reunion".

Hoping their are cutscenes for this game, or at the very least a large cast that talk during missions, it's cool that we have all these great actors but it'd be worthless if all they do is a line of dialogue every time you trade in a quest item.

1 ReplyAh, I [I]love[/i] Miss Aghdashloo's voice. I always get excited when I hear it. Also, Reddick is great as a voice actor. Destiny looks like it will have a really strong cast. I wonder if your Guardian will ever speak... I thought Cayde-6 might be Nathan Fillion but I wasn't sure. Nice to see someone else thought the same. I love playing Spot the Voice Actor!

1 ReplyI wasn't sure is my Warlock Vanguard was Jessica Pearson, 'cause I tend to mix her up with Aisha Tyler, but I'm pretty sure the special deliveries woman is from Stargate and Far Scape I really wish the Destiny IMDB page was more complete.

5 RepliesAlso heard The Speaker for The Traveler (Guy in white mask and robes in trailers) is voiced by Bill Nighy from Shaun of the dead, Pirates of the Caribbean (in CGI Davy Jones octopus makeup), Total Recall (new one) and 2 of the Underworld movies. Really great actor.

As much as I liked Lance Reddick as Philip Broyles, I'll always think of him as Cedric Daniels from HBO's The Wire first. Shoreh Aghdashloo has done a lot of work, but I can't think of one particular role in TV that she is known for, so Mass Effect 3 is probably still the best. I know I heard James Remar in there for one of the Beacon missions. He's probably best known for playing Dexter's father, Harry Morgan on the Showtime series of the same name.
