I for one have had some epic chat moments in halo. One being my friend and I had successfully grabbed the flag and gotten into a warthog. A teammate was escorting in the ghost and suddenly burst into the halo theme song as we raced across the map. A mute would be mandatory with proxy chat. As long as some form of voice comms could be achieved for my fireteam I'll survive.
