So.... Iraq...

In my opinion, Iraq needs to meet specific criteria before we can provide assistance, or at the very least start working toward those goals after we provide support. Specifically the formation of a national unity government and if possible a loosening of ties with Iran. Nouri al-Maliki's government basically brought this upon themselves though by excluding and isolating groups.
