yah I know what you are saying. I guess my point was more dramatic than that. Take any shooter made from this point on, and tell me it is completely original? To even say "this game is an original shooter" would be an oxymoron.. because you cant have an original "anything" without having a basis in something else that has worked in the past. Thats what im saying. as far as content and implementing different uses of certain characteristics of a game, yea, I think Destiny is doing that very well. When someone complains though that its just taking pieces of other games and putting it together, well thats what EVERY game already does.. and is almost redundant to complain about it.
