This is why we can't have nice things.

I'd put this in the support Forum, but it wont do anything more than it would here. Other than Deej making a post proving how oblivious he is to this. Anyways, as some of you may already know, there's some anal ravaged tween running around bumping old as -blam!- threads in an attempt to quell his anger because he's depressed that he got banned. Problem is, the ban is being avoided. And before anyone starts to say "just mute him" or "Just hide the Threads," let me ask you this; does it really help, or does it just prove our ignorance to the situation. Nothing is being done to stop kids like this from cluttering the whole front page with shit. Muting and hiding doesn't work, mainly because it's still there and it affects any other Thread on the first page. Sure you don't see it, but that doesn't mean it's not there. TL;DR
Kid is mad. -blam!-s around with the Forum. Nothing is going to be done about it.
What if you mass reported? You can report individual users's posts after all.

  • Why don't they just make it so threads get locked after a certain amount of time with no posts?

  • How does it affect the front page once you have reported it ?
Please don't say "It's still there.".
• the problem with muting/reporting the threads is that the OP of the original thread didn't break any rules, it's the serial-bumper who is the problem. even if i muted the bumper, the thread still gets pushed to the top.

    • It's a really easy fix, only blue septagon threads should be bump-able from more than a month of inactivity.

      • BEGINNING TRANSMISSION: (Low melodious hum.) "Bumping" old threads is not against the rules. It would be very hard to argue that it is. There are ways to deal with it, but I won't share it with you. ENDING TRANSMISSION:

      • Apparently DeeJ doesn't believe in auto-locking threads after they go inactive for a certain length of time because he thinks that people will honestly look for an old ass thread to bump and restart a conversation instead of just creating a new thread. The only people who actually go looking for those old ass threads are the people wanting to spam the front page with necrobumped topics.
