People identifying as "Offtopites" should be banned
No exceptions.
It's a necessary measure for the preservation of the forum's culture, morality and integrity. Which, after all, is the moderation's job.

I do not believe this is an accurate depiction of the current state of the OffTopic forums. I would like to call for a democratic debate on the issue to come to a unified consensus.
