I entirely agree with you on this one, but when people bombard your phone, social media profiles, emails, etc to the point of where all of your social connections outside of real life are cut off than it is cyber bullying. If someone calls you a bitch and makes fun of you one time it wasn't cyberbullying, you're just a little prick trying to get attention by crying wolf.
