I'm the 'go-to-guy' when it comes to these things, i'm a Marvel nerd. Having said that, i agree Cap 2 is very well made with a good story. Can't comment on Batman though.

you know what needs to happen? hydra vs. ultron vs. avengers/shield remnants in avengers 2

To my knowledge i'm sure it'll be Ultron (Hydra's creation) and it's robot army in A2. A3 will be the GoTG + Avengers against Thanos to stop him from putting together the Infinity Gauntlet. After that it'll be 'The New Avengers' with Doctor Strange, Black Panther, Ant-Man, Bucky as the new Cap and probably a replacement Iron Man (the kid in IM3) with Bleeding Edge armour. That's my prediction so far.
