If abortion is not murder, the. Why is the murder of a pregnant woman a double homicide?

8 RepliesBecause you are simplifying it. Its a double homicide because the mother was choosing to go through with the whole thing. Technically they could add on a third charge of violating her rights, but the two murder charges make that unnecessary.
