This is old and bad bait.
For those who actually want to know though, it's because its assumed the woman intended for that pregnancy to come to term if she didn't have an abortion by that time.

But fetuses are not humans. Stop being hypocritical and accept the fact that it's an accidental abortion. The criminal shouldn't be charged with both because he only killed one human.
