Has anyone ever heard of or tried Smashburger?

After looking around for a few reviews on the Burger chain before I gave my thoughts, it seems people were met with better results than I was, because I was completely dissatisfied with the Burger and Fries that I had. Not only were the fries miniature and tiny, but they had no seasoning, barely any salt, and without the salt that I had to add myself, they had no flavor in the slightest. These fries could have been easily held and eaten by a 5-year old, which means I had half of a potato put into my little carton of the things. The burger on the other hand, looked good at first, and was stuffed with condiments and vegetables like Onions and Pickles, but disgusted me in a way that food never should. After pulling a few of the Onions out with my fingers while touching them the smallest amount possible, I found that they stained my skin with the smell of rancid onions. For another whole day, even after scrubbing my hands dozens of times, the smell kept lingering and would not go away. Scratch my nose? Smell rancid onions. Eat something else? Smell, what to me smelled like, rancid onions. All for the ten or so seconds that I touched the things. Since I'm having snow right now, I had to wear gloves the other day. Well those smell like Rancid onions now too and are liable to make me puke when I sniffed them, so I hope that smell comes out. All in all, I don't get why they're highly rated. I shouldn't have to worry about a stench like that permeating from me after eating some food, and the fries were pathetic, and overall not worth the more expensive pricing. /rant Anyone else have any experiences to share about "fast food" or other food related topics?
