What seriously? You should go see a doctor bro. Your body may not be functioning properly to protein. I read the workout you posted to regret and that's a pretty good workout. Have you not noticed larger muscles? Do you not sleep enough?

I get about 7-8 hours of sleep. And I have seen slightly larger muscles. But Certain workouts just take it out of me. Mainly Shoulder and Back day.
