After reading this article I was a bit surprised to see that women made up most of the business accepted by the company mentioned. For me, it brought up an interesting thought; are women more spiteful than men? Now everyone can hold grudges, but to going to the point of hiring a company to get back at an ex-lover seems a bit drastic. Personally, I'm not sure that women would be more spiteful than men. I think it's more a matter of how each sex goes about handling the issue and women might be quicker to enlist help. Either way, revenge of this sort has bad written all over it for me and I'd rather forgive and forget. Best to stay away from anything that might cause a situation later on.

 • Not to necro this thread, but from what I understand about emotional differences in men and women it's all the way the brain works. To take someone else's example. Men are like waffles and women are like spaghetti. A man's brain has relative junctions and compartmentalization. A woman's mind has all of that on the same circuit. I don't know where people stand on gender roles and philosophy of that nature, but this enables them both to excel in certain different situations. The capacity of the male brain to compartmentalize allows him to continue functioning under duress. We also come across as cold and unfeeling at times for the same reason. It's also why talking about his feelings with someone doesn't necessarily do anything for him at times like when it comes to counseling. A woman on the other hand will have such things affecting every part of her day. Things that matter to her will be present and meaningful and driving. In the relationship, the relatively small amount of emotional input she receives will carry so much farther for her. It will have such staying power. In this way she remembers things better as opposed the way that things seem to go in one ear and out the other with men. But these things are double edged swords for both sexes. With women this means that the things that stick aren't just the good things, and she will find that she can't necessarily escape those negative emotions. Her emotions will appear to run her, or at least weigh on her in a way that they don't for men. These are general traits that all have their pros and cons, but they are meant to be complementary in nature relative to each other.
