So the xbox one is less powerful than the Ps4 with its basic computing powers as of right now. That is just the blatant truth. So noting that the best option for developers (especially for a game of this scale) is to use MSs cloud computing service azure. It is said to make the xbox one 3x more power than it already is and you do have to be connected to the internet to use it which this game requires.
A game that used it for example was forza 5... it was originally 720p 60 FPS and after cloud computing was 1080p 60 FPS. So the power is there for the devs as long as they comprehend it. So devs of bungie (if they even answer on this forum lol) tell me are you using this power; and how about the new DX 11.2 rendering features on the brink of releasing? Resolution and FPS doesn't make a game but it most definitely makes a game better. Especially 45-60 FPS... that is great.
Any answers even not from devs who know the answer thanks in advance.
*Also no more comments about cloud computing not working or else microsoft wouldn't have put tens of millions of dollars in their own cloud computing azure and companies such as IBM and amazon wouldn't own their own cloud computing services.

No. as a multiplatform title the engine running destiny wouldnt be able to differentiate to much between platforms. Hence there is a 99.9% chance it is not using Microsoft's cloud computing functionality simply due to the amount of development time that it would take to modify the engine specifically to make use of the cloud's processing capabilities. Also Forza 5's use of the cloud sounds like a bunch of first party hogwash.
