Is 1 month long enough to start seeing someone else?

One of my friends is really hung up on her ex and today she really started crying because she saw him holding hands with another girl or something ridiculous.
It has been a month now since their breakup and they were dating for nearly a year. Maybe 11 months or something.
I think she's over-reacting but maybe I'm wrong and a month is too soon to start dating another?

2 RepliesWas it a really messy breakup? Because that may explain her reaction. But yeah, if it's over, it's over. Both of them can start seeing other people as soon as they want. It's all a matter of how long it takes to get over that person.
