Almost everyone I know makes their ramen differently at home. Typically I like to use the Nissin Top Ramen beef or oriental (which is vegan), cook the noodles, drain most of the water, then add seasoning, sesame oil, and sriracha. Then top it off with a poached egg, sesame seeds, and parsley. The picture was the same recipe as above plus grilled onions and fake chicken.
Some other things I've put into ramen to switch it up:
Peanut Butter (makes it like a thai style peanut curry)
Horseradish in the beef flavor, sounds strange, tastes amazing
Fried/boiled/eggdrop style eggs
So, how do you make your ramen?
Also, the cooking group The Recipe for Disaster is open for new members and looking for some admins. For people who love to cook, want to learn to cook, or just love food in general. Cheers!
