Harmonix announces Chroma, music-driven FPS

Completely reimagining the classic Arena FPS formula, Chroma infuses fast-paced PC shooter action with music-driven gameplay. Chroma is the upcoming PC game from Harmonix, the studio which brought you such hit video games as Rock Band and Dance Central. No live gameplay yet but it might interesting to see where this goes. Looks like it could be heavy on dubstep, though the idea itself seems kinda cool. I'm still wanting to see Rock Band 4 on next gen. Thoughts?

Looks really cool, sounded pretty cool, up until a terrible bass drop. I'm serious, this could possibly be one of greatest original ideas for a game, but if all the music is going to be like that, I think I'll pass. Heck, they should've just pulled some Dancefloor Blues. I mostly listen to classic rock and 'dubstep' (as a very general term), so I'm not hating on the genre, just the specific musical style used in this trailer.
