[u]Socially and culturally[/u], do you want society to a) go back to the culture of a previous time; b) stay at the current culture we have; or c) only change society as little as possible?
Clearly, you're going to have to generalize your stances into one of the categories that best fits you. Most likely there are aspects of society you want to change and things you don't want to.

Only some change And by that, extending right to LGBT and amnesty only to those that pay taxes but don't receive benefits from it. I'm a third-generation immigrant (grandmother from Spain) and if she and thousands of others have to obey the legal processes, then the illegals should as well
