Well wisdom, tolerance, experience come not so much with age as with maturity and a willingness to co operate with friends. It means you are mature enough to know that each player affects the experience of everyone they play with and a willingness to make it a great experience for all in your fire team(s). I formed this group to find friends with a common goal. You don't have to be in your 40's to join (most who have are no where near that old lol, cept me ) but you do have to have a co operative nature, willingness to tolerate your friends and a desire to have a great game experience without all the "crap" you get from playing with randoms..
