No, the DLC IS exclusive, but the beta is timed.

Nah man I'm pretty sure its all timed, like the xbox has with cod /bf4

Have you seen the contract yet? Activision and Sony both agreed to give the PS4 some exclusive content at launch. That's what I meant by DLC. In a sense it is but I meant they get some exclusive stuff when the game comes out. Sure it isn't anything major though.
