I got the game for xbox one, never played the old version. I'm really enjoying it. Frame rate or not. The game looks great and plays great to me. Really haven't had any problems, not that I'd probably even notice anyway, wouldn't know what to look for.

    • I would rather have a drop from 60 FPS to 40 FPS than a cap of 30 FPS to 18-20 FPS. The PS4 version is superior.

      • Still not worth buying the same game again.

        • Look up Gifs. I saw this comparison Gif. Lara is just standing still in the forest, nothing happening but trees blowing in the wind. It was buttery smooth on PS4, but stuttered on the X1. I'll try to find it.

Love how they post their comparison video to youtube. Which automatically drops it to 30fps. Kinda defeats the point. • From the cutscene analysis it looks like there's some considerable FPS drop on the PS4 version. A drop from 30 to 27 FPS is a lot less noticeable than a drop from 60 FPS to 32 FPS. Still, it's clear that the PS4 version is superior. And I bet those FPS drops only last for a split-second.

          • There's actually a noticeable difference between 30fps and 60fps. That video doesn't show the PS4 version at 60fps because it's a YouTube video, and YouTube videos are capped at 30fps.
