A year into Bnext, how's your private group(s) doing??
Activity is waaaaay down in all the groups I hold membership in.
What's your experience?

Almost all of the groups I'm in have seen HUGE hits to activity. Still waiting on the group updates promised a year ago...

Activity has remained more or less the same. It's never been about titles or numbers in that group however; just a genuine interest and desire to be around the people in there. Can't complain. :)

Ancient Warriors moved offiste. The Black Chapter appear to be dead. Sapphire and MM are alive but I don't generally don't post in either one. Bnet Regs and The Marty Army are in stasis. Thankfully Chapter and TDC are always good for a laugh. So yeah, activity is down over the past year. You have any good suggestions?

Activity has depressingly dropped. Can't even get 150 new members this year with the update while the year before that (our first year) we managed over 550. TFS is still hanging in there. We got good people and some new members posting, but it's still a ghost town compared to pre-update.

Kinda seems pointless right now, but I might scope some out as the year goes on. Traffic is so slow, B.net is like a group, In a couple months that probably won't be true.

Are you nervous posting out here in the wild? OT: Groups were already in the process of dying during Reach. B.next pretty much finished the job for most of the ones I was in, excluding obviously. It's the only reason I have hung around. Despite the promise of 'Soon TM' for all things taking place here, this one in particular (groups needing a boost in tools) has taken too long to repair the damage.

14 RepliesThey all died except for The Marty Army which always sleeps. I have a member queue of around 70 people in Owners of the Katana but I am letting you all rot until we draw closer to Destiny or we get a group update that will encourage people to really participate. Still the 10th largest group on the site and it'll still be kicking!
