If the restaurant is a popular franchise, it should have its own website for you to upload the resume along with an online application.
But why would you want to put that resume in to a place when you don't have a car and it's far? What's gonna happen if you get hired?

It doesn't, it's a Wendy's. It gives me the option to email the manager.

I have my application for my local Wendy's right next to me. Just refer to them as manager. If you don't know how to structure the resume, Google is your friend. I made my resume that way. Think of the most significant experience you've had with that job. Try to stay away from saying "chores" and stuff. If you have worked for any relative then literally BS a start and end date and put if under your work experience section. The employer usually doesn't take the time to call your previous ones.

"Dear Manager,"? I don't know, sounds very... Childish.
-
Manager of this establishment. To whomever this concerns Anything really if you can't find a name.
-
Hmm, ok, I'll try that out. I don't think a manager would want to read a resume at 9:30.
-
Don't think too much about it. Just put it in. If they're not hiring, they won't look at it. If they are, they will. And you're most likely not going to get it unless you have a good reference like a family member that has worked or is still working there. So make sure to put one in everywhere you can. Walking in and speaking to people is way better than doing stuff online.

Yea, also, what should be the subject?
-
Just put your name along with "resume"
