My 360 RROD'd...

So I turned off my Xbox One because I had just completed AC4 and wanted to play some Halo. I connected my 360 to the TV, turned the thing on and BAM. Three red lines. This has happened to me before, but I quickly fixed it by unplugging it and plugging it back in. However, it's not working this time. If anyone is able to give me any help (can't find anything on google that works) that doesn't involve a warranty (mine ran out last year) or taking the thing apart please do... Until I can save it, RIP Xbox 360 Elite 2009 - 2014 EDIT: And no, I'm not getting a PC.

  • I wouldn't give up so quickly. Let it rest for a while, disconnect the Hard Drive and maybe open it up. Make sure the power supply is alright. Sometimes the damn thing is tricked into thinking it actually has RRoD.
