As of today, Colorado is selling pot
Marijuana is legal in both Colorado and Washington state now for recreational use as long as you are 21 years old. But only Colorado has set up their "state stores" for legal sales. As of today, Colorado has begun selling pot to its residents. Brave new world folks. First customer was an Iraq War vet.

We only have one state in our country where we can only grow weed not sell. I don't think there is an age limit
