I think IVs are random, you just have to keep trying until you get it

I just don't want to go through super training a million times until I get the right hidden power thing.

Check them as soon as they hatch then. Then Super Train the one with the right Hidden Power

Although I don't know how to determine the hidden power with the IV checker.
