Wait, if I purchase this for free and not download it..will I be able to keep it and download it another day?
Because I don't have a gaming PC and when I get one in the near future I would want to download this.

I think you need to install it to keep it sadly :/ You don't need to play it though and you can then transfer the rights to a diffeent PC iirc.
