Seriously Youtube will be dead in the next years. Here are some videos:

I've never seen angryjoe so angry to the point where he will cry. What google and youtube are doing is just terrible and I just hope it dies at this point. The comment system was a tad adaptable but this new copyright issue has crossed the line. What are your opinions on this?
-
Yep google sucks
-
Until a place equal to or better than youtube is made, nope.

Edited by FatMarshall: 12/13/2013 5:23:33 AMI have absolutely no sympathy for YouTube video game commentators. ReviewTechUSA was bitching about the policies in one video, and the next taking about how his second PS4's disc drive sounds bad. He could afford TWO PS4s with his job of literally doing nothing but talking over regular, ordinary gameplay footage. Fuck these over-entitled pieces of shit. Do I still disagree with the policies? Yes. Do I wish YouTube would repeal them? Yes. Should I have sympathy for these no talent-having assholes? Hell no.

Add this vid to the OP! ^^ Oh and classic game room left youtube! :( Proof - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U8kIrsw8-io&feature=c4-overview&list=UUh4syoTtvmYlDMeMnwS5dmA

Are the HUGE channels like Pewdiepie's affected by this whole shitstorm? Same goes for Roosterteeth. Are they being affected?
-
Good thing I gave up on using my account there ages ago.
-
The best part is that he sensors the first F bomb and then gives up with censoring all together.
-
I'm glad I don't have any content claims yet... Of course I have two games so far on my channel, one the developing studio went out of business, the other is Minecraft... Plus I don't have very many subscribers/views. So I hope they don't content claim me, if they do there goes all hope of becoming a somewhat good YouTuber.
-
This is scary. I've never seen AngryJoe this mad and I don't know what will become of all the channels I watch everyday.
-
Not really. We hate it and then move on and keep using it. I am just sad that new content like in the old days are hard to find. Which is why we go check out vimeo liveleak etc.

Edited by ABotelho: 12/13/2013 6:28:33 PMGoogle is terrified of being attacked by all these content companies. We've seen corporations get away with illegal "copyright" crap. Laws of the internet are still in their infancy. Nobody gives a shit about the smaller video streaming websites. The big money is in targeting YouTube and the behemoth Google because they have $$$.

Edited by Colonel Jackson: 12/13/2013 5:26:12 PMIts the law, not YouTube. Just because you don't ASK before using it to make thousands does not mean you're entitled to keep on making profit off a product that isn't yours. More than likely if you AKSED to make a PROFIT off of someone's product, they'll let you do so after a deal. Which isn't that bad, its called business and its a part of the real world. EDIT: Some of the flagged videos are BS though I admit. However my point still stands for YouTubers such as game commentators.
-
Hopefully twitch will take over. At least they still seem to care about the content creators
-
Google can't do this, they have too much to lose.
-
im feeling randy and surly today
-
I hate Google for doing this. I really don't want to see Angry Joe go. I even stated that in the comments of that video.
-
>mfw sony flags video cause of ps4 in background
-
That spellcheck
-
We need a new YouTube. Dailymotion should act on this.
-
I'll make YouTube 2: Electric Boogaloo
-
You realize that the current copyrighting thing going on isn't googles fault right?
-
This doesn't sound like it's Google's fault.
-
Sucks so hard for the people who's houses and living costs depend on YouTube videos. I'll go as far to say that YouTube is as bad as 343i.
-
If Bungie.net isn't bitching about one thing... it's gotta be another.

Edited by Dudley Tiddywink: 12/13/2013 2:30:18 AM
Have you ever heard of fair use section 101 of law?
Oh they've heard of it, they just don't give a shit because no one will bother to enforce it.
