wat. Eren said from the beginning that he was going to join the Survey Corps. Plus, you know, the whole trial thing... it was common knowledge that Eren was in the custody of the Survey Corps...
The fact that the were beginning an expedition wasn't a secret either. And that expedition wasn't to reach the basement, it was just a test run. And even if it was, Annie only attacked because it would give her a chance to get Eren. She doesn't know what is in the basement.

Mikasa/Armin were at the trial. It's not like Eren being held by the Survey Corps was a secret. Eren is seen with them all the time. And I was actually wrong about one thing; Annie did believe the expedition was to the basement. Erwin even stated so in his speech to the new recruits, which Annie heard. Seeing as they are going to Eren's basement and that they believe Eren is the key to humanity's success... why the hell wouldn't she believe Eren would be going with them? I'm guessing you haven't read the manga, either. Because you seem to be under the assumption that no one could have told her the info that Eren was going on the expedition before she left for the capital.
