Legally? Yes. Actually? That depends. When a person becomes an adult isn't dependent on how many times they've revolved around the sun but rather on them, their character, their person. It's dependent on them having responsibilities and living up to them. It's dependent on them looking after others. It's dependent on them living up to their mistakes and doing their best to fix them. It's dependent on so much more too. Too many people now a days are just old boys and girls, adult "children." They aren't adults. So, are you an adult? Maybe.
