Amazon and UAVs

What do you guys think? How will this work? Will amazon only do it for certain counties in the states? Will they start building Amazon warehouses all around the states?
What about job for the people that think about that. Will this be a negative affect (drivers losing routes) or positive (more jobs in warehouses and pilots)
IMO: This sounds awesome. 30minutes delivery for items that can be carried by a UAV. Closest warehouse to my hometown is in Tracy, 15minutes away driving.

Honestly not a great idea, as it cannot be streamlined properly enough. Batteries and costs etc will be high, as well as paying to train pilots, afterall who wants to work for 20 bucks an hour just to fly little planes for the rest of your life.
