They're not "betraying you" or "stabbing you in the back." They made a smart business decision (which was probably more Actvision's idea than Bungie's), and some people just keep whining about getting the [i]same exact[/i] content a little bit later. Is it unfair? Yes, but it's not the betrayal some of you are making it out to be. Grow up. Move on. Enjoy the fact that the exclusives are [i]only[/i] timed exclusives.

Take a look at how PC doesn't get Destiny at launch, maybe not at all, and feel grateful you get Destiny in the first place. Stop complaining about late features and beta, and be grateful for what you do get, the chance to participate in Bungie's next video game series, from the very first moment that it launches. Nintendo, Mac, and PC fans don't get that chance.

That all seems pretty special to me, and if you were honestly a fan of Bungie then you would be grateful to play the awesome games they make. So what if Sony gets timed exclusives or an earlier beta or some stupid weapon skin thing? Who gives a shit? None of that is going to matter when Destiny releases. You're gonna cry and bitch and moan until it comes out, and then you're gonna be happy because you can play Bungie's new game.

Keep in mind it's only a beta, and it's only a week. Who cares. I play Xbox and I've been a loyal Bungie and halo fan for over 10 years now, and I am thrilled. Get your panties out of a bunch, it's not a big deal.

2 RepliesNo, I [i]was[/i] on xbox, and so were many other die-hard Halo fans. But with all the early DRM, lesser graphics capability, always online rule and restricted video game sharing, Microsoft had the worst console this generation hands down, and so most of us have made the switch to Sony, the same folks who grew up playing PS1/PS2 anyway. Just because Microsoft panicked and shoved all their console's controversial features into the closet, does not mean that they won't come back at a later date (as would be their legal entitlement). And that is my counter argument for all these folks sticking with xbox (for some reason) and claiming that all of Bungie's fans are getting one too. I can tell you assuredly; they aren't.

If they are your "favorite company ever" than you shouldn't care what steps they take unless its against you or their fans. Or at least you should be able to recognize that what they do is for their own good and the millions of people on PS3/4 that want Destiny. I know that feel OP, but its for the better.

I really could care less if one console gets DLC earlier than the other. In the end it's pretty much the same experience. I think that a lot of Xbox fanboys are just butthurt because they will no longer be able to use bungie exclusives as a reason why they think their console is better.
