after expanding to a new factory to meet popular demand 2 years ago, a small town/city is suing him and his business because they don't like the smell.
he has offers from the philadelphia city council so far.

Also, don't you think those people should've filed a lawsuit back when that guy first opened his business, and not now? Because it seems to me that the people suing him are doing it just to be mean. However, if he has to move, then let him move to some city that would actually enjoy the smell of chili sauce.
