The answer is obviously nothing. The only problem is in the minds of people who are against it, because they are actually stupid.

I hope I get to see the day when they are actually accepted by everyone.

I would like to see the day when everybody is simply accepted for who they are. Gay, lesbian, bisexual, androgynous, transgender, or whatever. Everybody is equal when it comes to human rights and the freedom to make your own choices in life. People are consumed by greed and power though, and think they can control other humans, it is so sad to see.

The problem is ridiculous outdated religious dogma. I have no problem with worship, but when your (unproven) god allows/commands you to impede on other's personal freedoms, that's when I have a problem.
