He did an ad for a tire company where he held a Nintendo Wii. He was fired, and there was a legal kerfuffle.

I remember that specific commercial, but it doesn't seem to be inappropriate or anything from what I'm remembering... Do you have a condensed description of what the whole deal was in mind? I agree, didn't even have a PS3 until this year and they were still better commercials than anything that the Xbox had.

I even remember that it only looked like a Wii Remote, you couldn't see any Nintendo symbols on it. Usually that gets brought up
