It does not matter your reasoning, you are still being sexist. The only way that you could do a post like this is to say, "Code of Ethics for Gamers" then you have to use general terms like "person". Once you distinguish sex, as male gamers treatment to female gamers, then slap some rules that apply only to male gamers. You have crossed into the realm of sexism. That isn't even a discussion. You didn't say "treat women with respect" you have singled it out to only "female gamers." Now to say "we shouldn't be saying the same things around them as we do with our guy friends." it's the same as saying "It's okay to be racist as long as the race you are being racist against doesn't hear you say it."
