Yeah we all knew that this was coming. If Destiny is what we think it is then the City is going to be a great place for friend to meet and to show off your armor. It's also going to be a place where creepers roam. We have all be in a match where a girl with a mic come into the game and there are one or two guys that start creeping on her. NO ONE wants to see this in Destiny. So you creepers out there here is a short list of dos and donts.
Dont
Creep on female players
Send female players your personal info if they don't ask for it
follow female players around if they don't know who you are
spam message female players
make stupid sex jokes
hit on them to the point that it's creepy
Do
Be respectful of them
treat them like you would treat any other player
be friendly to them

I wasn't gonna get involved, but this thing exploded into a shit storm and frankly I'm annoyed by this post. The problem with your post is it that it makes you come off as a condescending douche towards males. Maybe you were well meaning, or maybe you're like someone else said and you're just trying to appeal to female gamers, at this point I really can't tell. It's really this simple, did you actually expect this post to be well received? I mean, you basically gave a bunch of (mostly male) gamers a list of what they're doing wrong, and made assumptions which, while not completely unfounded, are stereotypical and frankly insulting. Plus, you assumed that all female gamers are created equal, and that they're all bothered by boys being boys. I've met plenty of girls online who are just as crude and/or just as flirty as guys. Sure it's not all of them, but it's also not all guys either. And come on about the sex jokes man, have an appreciation for humor. Do you see how you touched a nerve here? Perhaps the biggest problem here is that you, rather condescendingly, pushed your 'superior' moral code on other guys, which is pretty self-righteous of you and of course the natural reaction obviously was, "who the -blam!- are you to tell us what to do?".
