I wish I could help. I have no idea as I own no apple products. Only idea I have is to try and clone the damaged partition to an external drive then put a new partition on your machine. Then see if you can run a data recovery program on the external to see if you can get anythin off of it.

  • I did this, but all apple programs for some reason only save as a .dmg file. And because it was an NTFC format to .dmg, it has become corrupted. It's very frustrating because all my files are just sitting there right in-front of me, but I cant access them.
