I say yes because they have been compatible for thousands of years. Many great scientists were very open with their faith, and they used their intellect to better explain the world that they believe was created for them. Even Einstein expressed his interest in Jesus. He even said that Christs word's are "capable of curing all the social ills of humanity".

[/quote]They really haven't been compatible for thousands of years. Every time scientific advancements are made, there's a religious push-back. Evolution. The Big Bang. The heliocentric solar system model.

  • The big bang is as fantastical as any religious philosophy. It's impossible to describe an event that supposedly happened at an inconceivable point in time. It's a theory based on theory. Micro-evolution, on the other hand, has an overwhelming amount of observable evidence.
