Should I go to a doctor for this..
.. I woke up this morning with this really itchy, red rash on my... naughty man bites. Also things are swollen... and not in a good way. I blacked out last night at the bar with a group of friends and don't remember a good portion of the night. They told me I left for a few hours with this "homeless/white trash" looking "older lady". I have no recollection of this. I;m kinda worried. Should I leave work and go to my doctor?

Probably. Could be an STD (don't know if they react that quickly, never had one) or it could be as simple as jock itch, which is communicable. Either way, better safe than sorry.
