You can't punch her for saying that Turks have no brains, I mean you could... but it's better to let stupid girls like that screw their lives up and laugh as you watch them circle the drain.
If it really bothers you get her done for racism, but in this case the better thing to do would be to laugh at her and say you aren't worth the time nor effort to punch.
It's not right to hit a woman unless they are attacking you, even then you could probably just restrain them/defend easily enough. The reason that we treat women respectfully and don't beat them up like we would other guys is because generally men are bigger and stronger than them. It'd be like beating up a child, why would you do that?

Yeah there certainly are some tough women around, it's just a generalisation for the way society is shaped. Perception matters more than reality in many cases.

I know my friend almost got sued after this indecent of him going to that kids house because he stole my other friends bike, so he yelled at him and then his dad comes out and what not. Later that day the police come to his house for his side of what happened but what that kids dad said is "He strangled my son" But my friend didn't so yea his dad lied to the police. That one of the reasons why I want to put that kid six-feat underground
