Contrary to your fallacious assertion, the building of muscle by no mean precludes one from intellectual pursuits. Indeed, it has but augmented my mental capacity through assuaging any issues I had regarding my personal image, leaving a certain clairvoyance in the wake of self-doubt's cacophony allowing my cerebral activities to be conducted in a manner undistracted by worries over sociality or belonging.
