That's a forum?
-
Yep. It's where I lived during the Man of Steel hype train. Then as soon as I figured out Superman kills Zod I got the fck out of there because I knew there would be a hyper sh1tstorm.
-
Lmao Okay I'll check it out. Thanks for the heads up.
-
No problem! [Don't let the negativity about the New 52 and the controversy behind Man of Steel get you down]
-
Hehehe I think I'll be okay. This site, with its constant debates about the quality of 343's recent installment on the X360, has sort of made me immune to negativity (not really, but I'm better at handling it haha)
-
Halo Reach made me completely and totally immune to negativity. Seriously. I originally defended the game. It was a fcking battlezone. But eventually my GF convinced me Reach wasn't all that great (though I can respect if people think otherwise). After having experienced both sides, I sat there going like... "so that was how everyone felt when I attacked Halo 2 and 3..."
-
I enjoy most Halo games (even halo 3, although, it's my least favourite) Was it as bad as it is now?
-
Just as bad. I enjoy all the games as well, despite the flaws they exhibit. Though Halo 2's sh1tstorm easily outclasses both those of Reach and 4.
-
What Halo 2 shitstorm? I thought that was considered the best one?
-
Is. Not was. No way. And I will never ever consider Halo 2 the best one. Even if it was my first Halo game, and even if my nostalgia wants me to. I haven't seen anything like it. A game so reviled somehow becomes so unanimously loved. Almost unanimously.
-
Woah that's weird. I thought it was a great game though.
-
We wouldn't have domain names dedicated entirely to hating it if it was as perfect as everyone claims it to be. But I agree. It was a fun game.
