I guess Brits are not as comfortable with girls in skimpy outfits serving food but instead like the idea of using their imagination.
Nothing I like more than an attractive girl wearing a tight long/shot skirt and the whole black uniform, always seems sexier to me than wearing next to nothing.
Seems tacky.
I would probably try hooters but I probably wouldn't go back.

Its tits or nothing over here. Also we don't go to a restaurant to converse with the staff. We go there for food.

Their food is SO -blam!-ING NASTY and it's hard to not feel at least a little awkward knowing that you're supposed to be there to creepily ogle the waitresses.
