They're lacking those features that were promised months ago and are losing active community members by the day.
Just though I'd remind you guys in case you forgot how many communities you helped to destroy with the update, and so far how you've failed to do anything about it.

I agree with you that there is a problem with groups but it's disingenuous to suggest that the addition of moderation tools and titles is going to fix the problem. Repeating this demand (or the many different variants of it) ad nauseam, as though groups would be fixed if the old tools were simply reimplemented, ignores the larger picture entirely. Clearly something detrimental occurred with the rollout of the now nine months old update; (it may have been something Bungie did directly - something related to the layout, interface, or features; or perhaps the update just coincided with a specific age group or generation of members getting burned out and there's really very little that can be done to address that) we should work towards identifying what that was.
