If the American education system had it so self-defense was not considered assaulting someone, then I would have suggested taking self-defense classes. People tend not to bully someone that can beat them to the point of sending them to the nurse.

But what about when the bullies don't use physical force?
-
You go to there house and drop and elbow on their computer.
-
Five knuckle shuffle.
-
Then you Bruce Lee it and one inch punch the bullet.

It's not the system faults it's truly the parents faults. If I was bullied and I beat up a bully, the bully's parents would do something, ignoring that there kid was the bully. If my kid was a bully, and got beat up I would laugh, and then beat them myself with a belt.

I got bullied a lot as a kid and I fought back my bullies. I'm not suicidal, so killing myself wasn't even running through my mind. It got to the point where they just pushed me off the edge and I ended up sending one of the bullies to the nurse since they were pushing me around. Then, in turn, the two (Which both who were in one grade above me at the time) decided to run to the principal, or one of the administration faculty and said that I was beating them up. The administration bought the story and I ended up getting suspended because of it. My dad knows I wouldn't willingly hurt someone unless I was going to defend myself, so he ended up going to the administration about it and I still ended up staying suspended. The next year, I transferred out of the private school and went to public school. One thing I learned about that experience is that private religious schools are definitely not something I want my offspring to go through if I ever have any.

I agree with you on this, people who run these schools rely on a tattle tail policy where at the first hint of trouble you should run to the teachers and report them. Not only would that get you labeled a sissy and picked on more, but then you get people over reacting to friends messing with each and reporting that or the fact some kids like to just randomly start shit.
-
If the girl punched one of those bitches in the nose that would have probably have given them the hint not to mess with her.
-
Except pretty much every school has a zero-tolerance policy. Even if you're the one who got the snot kicked out of you, there's a good chance you'll still get in trouble anyway.

Only in 'Murica.
-
Well that's dumb

Like I said, if the American education system didn't label self-defense as assaulting someone, it would have been easier to just do that. I remember getting suspended for self-defense. Come on, it was a big 5th grader picking on a small 4th grader that knew karate and taikwondo. The 5th grader got away with it, but I got suspended for "assaulting" him.
