It's a power weapon, it's pretty balanced for a power weapon.... I mean it has a larger magazine, but the rockets bounce from off the ground so you have to hit the person instead of hitting the ground around them.

You didn't make your case as to why it's OP. It is, but it still shouldn't be removed from MMing because there's a commendation for it.
