I can't say for sure, but i'm gonna go with Madara.
Madara has a rinnegan, eternal mangekyo, seals and summons, [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AY7mZ4O67UA]ridiculous jutsu,[/url] and... dat hair. (And hasirama wouldn't stand for it if his future husband died to Aizen. [Seriously though, the sexual tension between those two is immense])

A Kyuubi cloaked with sussano, and who knows how many clones with sussano due to him having unlimited chakra, and a plethora of other jutsus that can be cast due to the number of clones.... I just don't see it working in the other guys favor at the moment. I mean seriously, if Madara just decided to use multiple GFAs, throw in a couple meteors for the hell of it, and bijuu bomb the hell out of the surrounding area for good measure, I don't see much making it out. I could be wrong though. I haven't seen bleach in awhile, but last I saw, Aizen was capable of dealing significant damage to a city. Madara has changed entire landscapes.

Aizen is very unpredictable though and smarter than Madara, who already is a genius. I just feel like this would be an amazing battle

Aizen is a genius in multiple fields and that is certain, however I can't say how many of those fields will come into play when in combat, which is what Madara is considered a genius for. I honestly wish someone would animate this, I feel like it'd be something on a completely new level in terms of entertainment.

Thank you! I've been fighting a losing battle :'( I have very few supporters on for the DeathBattle and ScrewAttack just started the second season so it's still possible to get this fight in there before the season ends
